Climate Ambassador Program Info In-Person / Online
Want to take action on climate, but not sure where to start, or how to make a meaningful difference? Join A Climate to Thrive on Tuesday, February 13th, at 5:30 pm to learn about our Climate Ambassadors program, which will be offered in-person on MDI this spring.
REGISTER to attend in-person or online below.
The Climate Ambassadors program supports Mainers of all backgrounds in becoming effective advocates for climate solutions by providing an overview of climate science and impacts, solutions, and, importantly, how to effectively communicate about climate change. Through a series of five weekly evening gatherings, beginning in late February, participants will tap in to their unique skills and networks to take meaningful climate action and inspire others to join them, while connecting with others and enjoying a sense of community and collaboration.
Anyone can be a Climate Ambassador, no prior experience is needed. Join us on February 13th to learn more, or visit aclimatetothrive.org/climate-action-hub#ambassadors.
